ABOUT THE COMPANY

An infrastructure provider with its own base in Kuching

We design, place, and supply enterprise infrastructure: from dedicated servers and storage systems to private cloud based on HPE equipment.

WHO WE ARE

At the intersection of infrastructure and supply

We are not limited to placing resources in a data centre: we assemble configurations, maintain a warehouse, support implementation, and provide support across the full lifecycle of the solution.

The model is built on practical resiliency: a certified Tier IV facility, controlled hardware base, local warehouse, and a team able to close critical issues without permanent dependence on an external contractor chain.

WHAT THE MODEL IS BUILT ON

Several elements, one operating base

01

Irix — Tier IV Design + Facility

Certified placement for infrastructure, not just a design claim.

02

Own warehouse, Kuching

Specialisation in HPE, supply of servers, storage, and components.

03

Full solution range

Dedicated servers, storage, private cloud, hybrid, and backup services.

A team with practical experience, including experience gained while working for the vendor, allows faster solution assembly, better control of timelines, and reduced dependence on external suppliers in critical matters.

GEOGRAPHY AND BASE

Kuching, Sarawak, on the island of Borneo

Infrastructure is placed in the Irix Kuching 1 @ Santubong data centre, certified by Uptime Institute: Tier IV Design (TCDD) on 20 October 2021, and Tier IV Facility (TCCF) on 25 February 2025 — confirming both the design level of resiliency and the implemented Facility certification.

The region provides strategic advantages: a relatively calm operating environment, distance from zones of elevated turbulence, a predictable equatorial climate, and Sarawak's own energy base.

HOW WE WORK

Work starts with understanding the task

We examine current load, constraints, growth requirements, and the acceptable level of solution complexity.

On that basis we select a configuration: infrastructure rental, hardware supply, private cloud, hybrid design, or expansion of an existing environment. As configurators are launched, clients will be able to evaluate baseline options more quickly on their own, while non-standard and complex tasks will continue to be handled through project engineering. The goal is to close the requirement practically, without excess components and unnecessary operational overhead.
